  Disappointing. Rear lights on car stopped working after tow-bar installation. Spoke to the tow-bar installer who denied responsibility and really wasn't interested in looking at the problem. Paid to get it fixed by Toyota who confirmed a loose connector in the trailer plug. Spoke to the installer again just to let him know and found him to be quite dismissive and even rude. Don't wast your money. Get a professional to do the job somewhere else.
